Shipping policy
SHIPPING :
- Processing Time: Order are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. Please be aware that personalized items require additional processing time. If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, they will be shipped separately, with non-personalized items dispatched first.
- Shipping Fees: While we don't offer free shipping on all orders, free shipping may be available to selected locations or for specific products.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp/Email or SMS.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- Returns: We accept returns of unused and unworn items within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund. These 48 hours return policy does not apply to personalized items. Sigor reserves the right to inspect returned items before processing refunds. If you purchased a Sigor product from a source other than our Website, App or official store, the return policy of that retailer will apply. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Missing items in Returns: If a returned order is missing items that the customer claims to have returned, Sigor has the right to deduct the full MRP (Maximum Retail Price) of the missing item(s) from the refund. This also applies to promotional items, including free gifts and silver coins.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received at our facility. Its Takes 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Replacement & Exchanges: We also offer replacements and exchanges, subject to the same conditions as returns. Replacements will only be shipped after the original returned item has been received.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please submit a request through our website or app. You can also contact our customer support team for assistance. After submitting a return request, please be available for the scheduled pickup and answer calls from our delivery partner. If you are unavailable or unable to answer calls, the pickup may be cancelled. In such cases, you will need to re-initiate the return process, which may extend the overall timeframe. A second reverse pickup attempt may be subject to additional charges.
- Serviceable Pin Codes: While we strive to offer both forward and reverse shipping to most locations, some pin codes may only be serviceable for forward shipping. In these instances, we may ask you to return the product via an alternative courier service (e.g., India Post) and will reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to Rs70. If return shipping costs exceed Rs70, the excess amount will be deducted from your refund. For non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the product to our warehouse and will receive Rs70 towards shipping costs with their refund.
Missing or Damages Items on Delivery: In the unlikely event that you receive an empty or damaged parcel or are missing an item, please contact our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery. A 360 degree video of the parcel is required to process your claim. Claim may not be honored if there is insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering. Rara Jewel Private limited reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
